Nellie in the Know – May 17, 2024
Happy May Long Weekend Citizens of Nellie,
Another excellent week at Nellie. We are thankful that the CPS came to our school and helped remind us of the importance of digital citizenship. Our grade 4-6 students learned a great deal about how to stay safe on the internet and how to limit their exposure to unsafe situation. We are also grateful to all of the volunteers who came into the school this week to help us with Fun Lunch, our assessments, our reading and our learning. Nellie is blessed to have so many folks who give of their time and their talents. Thank you.
Next week I will not be at school. If you have any questions or concerns next week please email Kelly Knight at krknight@cbe.ab.ca .
Have a fantastic long weekend!
Darren Dyck, Principal
