A school has 400 students. In November, they held a donut fundraiser over the middle two full weeks of the month (Nov 10th to Nov 23rd). 

3/5ths of the students participated in the fundraiser, and 25 % of those who participated raised over $50 each. How many students raised over $50 each, and on what day did the fundraising period end?
